School Student Awards
School Participants will be eligible to win Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Honor Award Medals with scholarships. Awards will be shipped to the schools in Canada at no cost. Students will also be invited to our fun-filled award ceremony. At this point, we don't ship awards outside Canada. We will offer eCertificates and Scholarships to international students.

This contest is free for your entire school.
A CONTEST TO EMPOWER TEACHERS
WHY SHOULD SCHOOLS PARTICIPATE IN CCSC?
The Canadian Computing STEM+ Contest, popularly known as CCSC is an initiative by Competitive Kids STEM. This contest aims to cultivate students’ creativity, logical reasoning ability, and algorithmic & computational thinking skills. Students will get a deeper understanding of computational thinking by solving our contest tasks and using design thinking methodology to develop solutions for problem statements. Competition problems will enable students to solve everyday problems by leveraging the power of computers and information technology while focusing on problem-solving skills. At CKSTEM, our primary goal is to help the students learn techniques that may help them succeed in computing competitions and beyond. No prior programming knowledge is required to participate in this contest.
Canadian Computing STEM+ Contest (CCSC) is carefully designed for teachers who love to have their students shine in STEM on the global platform now and in future. Teachers have three critical requirements to prepare students to excel in a competitive environment.
Excellent resources to learn and practice
An ongoing competitive environment to nurture appropriate problem-solving skills
Continuous motivation through wins and rewards
As a nonprofit organization, CKSTEM is committed to supporting teachers in meeting these requirements. Considering this CMSC is not just a contest, it's a fully grown and tested program which focuses on learning, competing, and winning. Students have solved over a million problems in contests and practice courses in the last three years.
We extend this learning by providing an ultimate technology platform through leaderboards for an ongoing competitive environment starting January 1st, 2023. We also understand that teachers need to analyze the strength and weaknesses of their students. We are providing teachers with unparalleled data analytics. Teachers will not only be able to compare the response to every question within their school, but they will also be able to compare how their students did to the rest of the world for every question. In the world of technology, this will empower teachers to use cutting-edge technology to help their students succeed.
We are also working hard to find sponsors to deliver the unparalleled value of awards to the participants. Thanks to our partners, we rewarded students more than any equivalent contest worldwide in the past, even if CCSC was free. We are hoping to do even more in 2023.
Also, we are working on providing a visual treat to the students with our carefully designed questions for 2023 contests. We believe that students will love these questions. In 2023, our key goal is to create contests that student love even if it challenges them. We have partnered with students and teachers to deliver exceptional competitions in 2023.
Finally, data privacy is essential to us. Student information is fully secured, and only school-designated teachers can see their students' progress.

HELP US TO HELP OTHERS
SPREAD AWARENESS AND DONATE
We want to help students all across the globe. Please help us spread the word. We are confident that the participants will have fun solving some of the coolest problems with our unique approach, allowing them to try each problem more than once.
We also need funds to run this program, especially for licensing costs involving specific tools. The anticipated cost to facilitate this is over $15000. We are relying on the generosity of our donors to help meet this cost, as we will not be charging the students any contest fees. Therefore, we will greatly appreciate your support and donation.
