Prepare for the challenge
Try a few sample puzzles to understand the task style. No special studying or programming knowledge is required.
Try a thinking routine
Read the rules carefully, work through a small example and look for a pattern. If a solution seems right, test a case that might break it. The aim is to reason through the puzzle, rather than memorise computing terms.
Ask your coordinator about sample tasks and a practice login before the sitting. Students should complete the challenge independently under supervision.
Achievement and participation
Awards and results
Your coordinator will share results and available certificates after the challenge. This is a single challenge, with no qualifying final.
